Refund policy
Early Access ($10): refundable after launch
- If you try the Fleet after launch on 23 October 2026 and decide it isn't for you, you can ask for your $10 deposit back.
- Email [email protected] from the address you reserved with, or message @AITradingFleetBot, and include a USDT (TRC-20) address for the refund.
- We verify requests after launch. Once verified, the refund is sent between 7 and 14 working days later.
- A refunded reservation loses its launch benefits: the 12 months at 50% off and access in the first three months.
- A deposit that has already been credited toward a subscription payment can't also be refunded.
Syndicate Pass ($19): non-refundable
The Syndicate Pass isn't refundable, because its five invite codes are issued as soon as payment clears and can be given to others.
Invite codes
Redeeming an invite code costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund.
About the checkout page
The NOWPayments checkout says completed payments are non-refundable. That refers to NOWPayments itself. Early Access refunds under this policy are paid by us, directly.
